    Rogers & Associates has partnered with our Dallas, Texas client in search of a dynamic Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

    This role will start out onsite and then has the potential to go hybrid long-term.

    Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and crave exposure to a variety of financial operations? In this role you will provide financial and accounting expertise to a diverse clientele, including real estate ventures, insurance entities, and broker-dealers.

    This role will
    Master of the Money
    Assist with cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions, ensuring Skyviews financial health.

    Accounting
    Maintain general ledgers for Skyview and our extensive client base. From weekly reconciliations to monthly entries and closing procedures, youll be the data guru.
    Reporting
    Prepare clear, concise financial reports, keeping stakeholders informed.
    Technical
    Research complex accounting and disclosure issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
    Vendor
    Manage critical vendor services and A/P exposure, safeguarding Skyviews financial well-being.
    Ad-Hoc
    Tackle various research and reporting projects, demonstrating your adaptability and problem-solving skills.

    Required
    A strong academic foundation (MPA/BBA in Accounting preferred, Finance minor a bonus).2+ years of accounting experience, ideally at a Big Four firm.

    A CPA license (or completion of all four exams) is a mustA solid understanding of general accounting and finance principles.

    Excel mastery - youll be a whiz with spreadsheetsFamiliarity with Oracle and QuickBooks is a plus.

    A keen eye for detail, a go-getter attitude, and a team player spirit.
