    Internal Sales / BDC Associate

    Exceptional customer service skills.

    • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

    Answer phone inquiries and internet sales leads promptly, providing accurate and complete information to our guests regarding their specific vehicle inquiries.


    • Build strong rapport with guests to instill confidence in the dealership and products, resulting in sales appointments.
    • Utilize CRM software to generate prospect leads and ensure proper follow-up.
    • Obtain extensive product knowledge through participation in provided training courses.
    • Must be available to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
    BCBS FL Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

    • Allstate's Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Disability Coverage.
    • Vacations and Holidays including Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
