Position Summary:Maintenance Mechanics will be responsible for the Preventative and Corrective Maintenance on Stamping Presses and Robotic equipment. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity in Pontiac, MI. Position Responsibilities:
    • Follow specified maintenance and repair procedures to install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools
    • Utilize Plex to document appropriate downtime codes
    • Ability to electrically troubleshoot issues using a meter **(level I certification)
    • Knowledge of Press operation and functionality
    • Basic knowledge of Lubrication systems (operation & functionality)
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints for troubleshooting
    • Basic troubleshooting skillset when working on mechanical issues
    • Proactively participate in continuous improvement efforts and drive process, tooling, and equipment enhancements that will improve production efficiency and product quality
    • Complete and manage work orders via the Plex systems
    • Perform preventative maintenance and provide input on updates to preventative maintenance schedules.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years Machine Repair experience
    • Proficient with Pneumatic and Hydraulic repair
    • Basic knowledge of press controls and processes
    • Authorized to work in the United States
