    Maintenance Specialist III

    • Perform complex maintenance and construction tasks
    • Conduct inspections, adjustments, installations, and repairs
    • Maintain and repair buildings, utility systems, and equipment
    • Complete work order records and communicate effectively with team members
    • Provide training and guidance as needed
    • Perform assigned duties and support disaster response efforts

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Attend work regularly and follow assigned schedules
    • Conduct maintenance and repair work on building systems
    • Use hand tools and equipment proficiently
    • Renovate buildings and select appropriate materials for repairs
    • Maintain safe operations and test safety equipment
    • Keep accurate records of work orders and projects
    • Operate heavy machinery when necessary
    • Train and guide others on repair procedures

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of building maintenance and operations
    • Skills in using hand and power tools
    • Ability to perform maintenance and estimate materials
    • Ability to interpret drawings and work independently or in a team
    • Problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
