    Description

    Job Description We are looking for a Catering Operations Manager to lead a team of kitchen and wait staff and make sure they deliver excellent customer service. Experience is preferred, but not required.

    Operations Manager responsibilities include organizing and management of all catering equipment. This individual will be in charge of logistics of delivery and execution of events, including set up and breakdown. The Operations Manager will work with kitchen staff to ensure the proper packaging and delivery of food to events. In addition they will be responsible for executing set up and maintaining a timeline as directed by the event coordinator.

    **Responsibilities**

    Organization and maintenance of all catering equipment

    Inventory of products and equipment

    Driving the catering truck with all equipment and food to events

    Working with kitchen and event coordinator to set up for events and ensuring food is properly stored and delivered to event

    Attendance at events to help with coordination and execution

    **Requirements**

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Customer service attitude

    Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances

    Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays

    Clean Driving Record

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    Must have the stamina to work long shifts during large events
