Your tasks:


  • Leadership, evaluation and development of managers and employees
  • Ensuring and implementing all regulatory and operational requirements in the area of responsibility
  • Compliance with legal requirements, e.g. the Working Hours Act
  • Liaison between management and managers as well as employees in the operational areas
  • Contact person for all authorities, customers and clients in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring smooth operations and participating in and supporting operational processes and special operations
  • Close exchange and continuous contact with airlines, corporate departments and authorities
  • Overall coordination and cooperation with contract management, personnel planning and scheduling
  • Participation in the creation of the operational deployment plan for the assigned area

Your profile:


  • Completed studies or vocational training, ideally with a focus on business or several years of comparable professional experience
  • Qualification as a factory security master or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing larger groups of personnel and in commercial responsibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
