We are looking for a friendly support (m/f/d) for our travel service hotline in Dresden, Blue Diamond, NV.

If your passion lies in customer service in the travel industry, then you've come to the right place:

You will answer all questions regarding travel on various channels (phone, email, chat)
You will provide assistance for inquiries and issues related to existing bookings
You will handle booking changes, adjustments, and other customer requests

We welcome newcomers and will provide training. Good German and English skills, as well as basic computer knowledge, are required.

After training, working from home is also possible.

It is important that you have a positive attitude and enjoy being surrounded by nice people

Flexible working hours.

Whether you work 30 or 40 hours a week, you will receive a fixed hourly wage in an employer-based system for salary increases and attractive subsidies.
