THE JOB

We are looking for an Analyst/Associate Corporate Finance (m/w/d) for REM AG with the following responsibilities:

  • Active and comprehensive support for company acquisitions and sales in close collaboration with shareholders and top management
  • Preparation of transaction-related documents (teasers, NDAs, information memoranda, business plans, etc.)
  • Assistance with due diligence and conducting company valuations
  • Preparation and support of business development and sales activities
  • Conducting market and competition analyses
  • Managing sub-projects

THE PROFILE

  • Successful university degree (in business administration or related field)
  • Relevant work experience and/or internships in (in-house) consulting,
