    Job Description

    Job DescriptionCompany Overview

Before we opened Strive Pharmacy we were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one size fits all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.

Through this we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. We are dedicated to providing a better experience for each customer and clinic that we work with. Come see the Strive difference.

    Our Mission

We're flipping the script with personal medicine. We strive to interrupt an industry that has been closed to personalized care, accessibility, and nuance for too long. We strive to shift a reactive view of self-care and ignite a proactive baseline-shifting approach to health for all. 'The human element' is our crux and catalyst, driving all that we do, whether we're interacting with patients, providers, or practices. We're here to partner with those ready for a change. More than a compounding pharmacy, we're on a mission to positively disrupt healthcare as we know it. Strive is about more than medicine. Strive is about striving for the personal side of healthcare.

As a Curriculum Developer, you will work closely with the Instructional Designer to develop interactive and engaging eLearning courses that align with learning objectives and company standards, as well as assisting with the administration of Strive's learning management system (LMS).

    Key Responsibilities
    • Content Creation: Design and develop multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance the effectiveness of eLearning modules.
    • LMS Administration: Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Learning Management System (Litmos) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
    • Content Management: Upload, organize, and manage training content within the LMS, including courses, quizzes, assessments, and other learning materials.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to track training progress, completion rates, and learner engagement. Provide insights to improve the effectiveness of eLearning programs.
    Required Qualifications
    • Proven experience in curriculum development, preferably in an eLearning or instructional design environment.
    • Strong proficiency in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
    • Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning best practices.
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly Litmos.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
    Desired Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in curriculum development, eLearning design, or related roles.
    • Demonstrated composure under pressure, with the ability to maintain professionalism and focus on demanding situations.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities, enabling proactive identification and resolution of issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Experience with project management and proficiency in office software, empowering you to contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives and projects.
