    Job Title: Project Coordinator
    Location-Type: Remote
    Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer
    Duration: 2-month contract, through 8/31/24, potential for extension
    Compensation Range: $30-$45/hr

    Summary:

    Client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our remote team. This individual will provide essential support to our construction customer base by managing email requests, setting up new accounts in Salesforce, handling billing inquiries in MAS, scheduling hauls, and updating accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, critical thinking abilities, and a collaborative team mentality.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to outside construction sales representatives by handling phone calls and emails.
    • Set up new service accounts and schedule hauls.
    • Handle payment processing and respond to customer inquiries.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Manage customer accounts using Salesforce, including service changes, new starts, and cancellations.
    • Utilize MAS to manage billing inquiries, schedule bin services, and update account information.
    • Use Kronos for clocking in and out for shifts and lunch breaks.
    • Handle and assign emails through the IW system.

    Must-Haves:

    1. Customer Service Skills:
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a team setting.
    2. Critical Thinking Skills:
      • Proven ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions quickly and effectively.
    3. Team Mentality:
      • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    1. Experience with Systems:
      • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, MAS, Kronos, and IW systems.
    2. Sales Experience:
      • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role or direct sales.
    3. Remote Work Experience:
      • At least 1 year of experience working remotely in a similar capacity.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work effectively with builders and sales reps to meet customer needs.
    • Experience working remotely and the ability to create a productive home office environment.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, MAS, Kronos, and IW systems is a plus.
