Job description
IMCES has an opening for the position of Clinical Director.
Qualifications and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Licensed in the state of California in the relevant discipline (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW)
- 2 years of experience in management as a Clinical Director
- Familiarity with DMH Contracts & Documentation
- Knowledgeable about the structure of assessment, diagnoses, and documentation in the context of a community clinic
- Experience providing services in the spectrum of Severe Mental Illness (SMI), Moderate Mental Illness (MMI), and Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI).
- Knowledge of administering clinical operations/ staffing resource development
- The position includes 10 to 20 % direct service.
- Knowledge and practice of relevant policy and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic records)
- Ability and qualified to supervise prelicensed practitioners and management of programs.
- Ability to analyze data, familiarity with Electronic Health Records (Exym)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000, flexible based on relevant years of experience.
