Role and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will perform various administrative tasks to support the CEO. This is a full-time on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA.
The Executive Administrative Assistant's day-to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide general, executivelevel administrative support and assistance.
- The point of contact between the executives and internal/external communication and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports specifically with researchbased references, and other documents as needed.
- Manage calendars with the ability to prioritize inquiries and requests, using judgment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and prepare for meetings and coordinate with proper resources to ensure all logistics are in place before the meetings start.
Qualifications:
- Advanced skill set in communication, computer, social media management, and podcasts.
- Advanced research skills, program development expertise, highquality technical professional writing background.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Ability to create and maintain reports; data analysis/data processing outcome reports.
- Highly organized with excellent Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in working independently and as part of a team.
- Master's degree in business administration, Communication, English, Journalism, Law, or related field.
- Knowledge in the Mental Health Care industry and familiarity with community Mental Health clinic settings is a plus.

About the Organization:
Required competencies include:
- Research skills, program development expertise, technical professional writing background
- Excellent computer skills including website, blog development, and maintenance of newsletter, promotional materials, brochures and flyers
- Ability to type drafts of articles with excellent proofreading for review and approval
- Conduct research, evaluation, and monitoring of various data.
Applicant must have a "can do" attitude, be detail oriented with excellent organization skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
