    Catering Service Lead
    • Seattle$26 / hr | Weekday shifts only | Free lunchAbout the role :Sifted is hiring a Service Lead to support day to day leadership and key areas of the Sifted community operations.
    Seattle, one of Sifted's largest markets, is expanding into dinner service and needs an individual with a natural inclination towards leadership and responsibility to fill our Service Lead position.

    In this role, youll play a critical role in by owning dinner service operations at one of our largest clients, coordinating with their on-site personnel in leading service each day.

    This position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.


    What youll be doing:
    Delivering + managing dinner service for a large corporate client (must be able to drive large vans)

    Interact professionally and coordinate service with POCs at the client siteSupervise team of hosts assisting with serviceCoordinating daily dinner pack-out; assist with production of prepared boxed mealsEnsuring the the host feedback survey is complete each shift and communicating updates to the Operations Associate dailyCoordinating with donation and compost pick up partners each dayClosing the kitchen on a daily basis as a keyholderPresenting to the team as a source of professionalism, leadership, encouragement, and supportOur ideal candidate:
