    Description

    Job Listing: Program Coordinator at School of Dental Medicine

    Description: The Program Coordinator will handle logistics, communicate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of professional education programs. Responsibilities include managing program materials, creating marketing content, and maintaining program websites. Additionally, the role involves organizing vendor payments, updating webpages, and handling various administrative tasks as needed.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage program logistics and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
    • Create marketing materials and communications, including social media promotions
    • Properly document program activities in compliance with ADA CERP requirements
    • Respond to learner inquiries through various communication channels
    • Input program details into relevant systems for a seamless experience
    • Organize logistical aspects and process vendor payments
    • Review classroom setups to support program requirements
    • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Arts and 2-3 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in coordinating programs or events preferred
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
    • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to adapt to new systems
    • Effective project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

    Job Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

    Department / School: School of Dental Medicine

    Pay Range: $26.00 Hourly Rate
