- Schedule, coordinate, monitor and perform all maintenance, service requests, and repairs in collaboration with direct supervisor.
- Document daily maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy status updates.
- Perform, monitor, inspect, and conduct evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for move in of future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Work professionally, ethically, respectfully and cooperatively at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building systems.
- Prior experience working in affordable housing property management a plus
- Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Availability for on-call, after hours overtime.
