    Landscape Maintenance Technician is a full-time seasonal position with a start date in March 2024.

    Position Summary:

    • Professionally install, maintain and care for residential and commercial landscapes.
    • Tasks may include bed prep, plant installation, boulder installation, spring cleanups, edging, mulching, proper pruning, shearing, weed management in landscape beds, fall cleanups, lawn mowing, pond maintenance, and lighting maintenance.
    • Operate edger, sod cutter, zero turn mower, push mower, string trimmer, leaf vacuum, leaf blower, power shears, and other small-engine equipment, along with basic hand tools.
    • Install and maintain plants properly, using sound horticultural techniques.
    • Operate a truck and trailer (preferred).

    Position Requirements:

    • Good physical condition, ability to safely lift and carry 50 pounds, ability to kneel for long periods of time, ability to bend up & down.
    • Arrive on time daily, prepared for work, with a positive and ambitious attitude.
    • Strong work ethic
    • Valid driver's license
    • Reliable transportation to work daily
    • Tobacco-Fee and Drug-Free
    • Truck/trailer experience (preferred)
    • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
