- Perform snow removal as needed.
- Assist with light maintenance, service requests, and repairs.
- Mopping & Sweeping staircases, hallways, cleaning windows, and entrance doors. Mopping/sweeping laundry room, community room, and community room kitchen.
- Document daily cleaning and maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy status updates.
- Assist the team with performing, monitoring, inspecting, and conducting evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for move in of future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Work professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior relevant experience related to building cleaning, outside grounds, and light maintenance.
- Prior experience working in property management a plus
- Must have reliable transportation.
