- Continually supervise paid media campaigns to ensure performance is in alignment with plan targets.
- Find opportunities to optimize and scale existing campaigns.
- Attend regular paid media meetings and work with partners to handle optimizations and develop test plans.
- Setup campaign-level tracking for all digital media campaigns and email marketing efforts.
- Monitor monthly campaign budgets and communicate to external partners to ensure adherence to plan.
- Lead all digital media invoices, creation of purchase orders, and monthly accruals.
- Create appropriate project timelines and documentation to ensure requirements and tight timelines are met.
- Lead paid media geographic exclusions and ensure all paid media partners enforce to them.
- Partner with internal resources to provide direction using a project brief for generation of ad copy, images, video, and other creative assets for paid media campaigns.
- Research new partnerships and advertising opportunities and provide recommendations for testing.
- Assist with contract and vendor risk process for new partnerships – NDAs, SOWs, MSAs.
- Create and update process documentation for digital procedures.
- Develop content for presentations highlighting key paid media performance results to present to internal and external partners.
- Participate in AAA club calls to discuss campaign performance and collaborate with club partners.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of marketing activities (tracking, tagging, metadata, etc.).
- Update reports with statistical and financial information for campaign analysis on an ongoing basis.
- Seek process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects of this position.
- Stay current on Digital Marketing best practices, technology platforms and industry standards. Apply knowledge to the development of our digital marketing platforms and execution of digital campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor campaigns to share insights and recommendations.
- Assist with other special projects as requested by management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of digital marketing, paid media experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, running multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
