Job Description:

  • Your main task is to advise and support our existing private customers on insurance and financial matters (via email and phone).
  • Through proactive annual meetings, you will accompany our customers in their dynamic life planning.
  • Processing service requests (e.g. moving, wedding) including eventoriented advice and risk assessments in the area of health and life insurance are also part of your job.
  • You will also be responsible for communication with product providers.
  • Lastly, your role also includes maintaining customer data, keeping documentation, and actively participating in improving existing processes.

Requirements:

  • You have completed training in the field of financial services or insurance.
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience as a broker and in using comparison and consulting software (e.g. softfair, NAFI, M&M, F&B, Innosystems).
  • You are highly serviceoriented, motivated, and detailoriented.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are also among your strengths.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
