Locum Doctors Recruitment is a long-standing personnel agency with DIN ISO 9001 certification, specializing in the placement and recruitment of medical personnel in healthcare facilities.

As a leading company in the placement of permanent and interim staff, we follow an innovative approach to ensure our clients, doctors, and employees are treated with appreciation and recognition.

We are currently seeking a full-time Back Office Employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Oberasbach near Nuremberg starting on January 1st, 2023.

Responsibilities:

General administration and organization of the back office, such as scanning documents, providing and reordering office supplies, filing incoming documents, processing incoming and outgoing mail
Timekeeping and payroll preparation in Landwehr (L1)
Creating employment contracts and supporting the entire contract management process
Maintaining personnel files and the personnel management system

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some experience in an assistant or secretarial role, preferably with a personnel service provider
You ideally have excellent MS Office skills
Your work style is careful, reliable, and organized
