A position as
Career Entry Support Specialist (m/f/d) is available immediately at gfi Ingolstadt, with a focus on middle schools in the Dachau district, in Alamogordo, NM.

This is a full-time position with a temporary contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

Individual support and guidance for young people transitioning from school to work
Assisting in achieving educational qualifications
Providing guidance in career choices and job search
Supporting the stability of apprenticeships
Conducting individual situation analyses in various phases
Organizing and implementing individual pedagogical and other supportive measures
Collaborating with parents
Working with other educational professionals and coordinating with clients and partners
Administrative tasks and documentation

Your qualifications and skills:

Degree in Social Pedagogy/Education with a focus on Social Pedagogy/Youth Services and at least one year of professional experience working with young people/students, or
Master Craftsman/Technician/Business Administrator with teaching qualification (AdA) and at least two years of professional experience working with the target group and experience with dual vocational training
Knowledge of the regional job and training market
Enjoyment in working with young people
Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, as well as social competence
Driver's license preferred
Proficient in MS Office
