We are currently seeking reliable support for our operations team at our Düsseldorf office, with knowledge in logistics and customer order processing.

Your daily tasks:


  • Independent customer service in the office
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries
  • Comprehensive order processing for customers
  • Support for our EMEA sales team
  • Communication with national and international customers and suppliers
  • Internal coordination of production and delivery dates
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Handling of complaints
  • Maintenance of price lists
  • Creation of statistics and evaluations
  • Participation in sales events, promotions, conferences, and trade shows
  • Support in daily office tasks

What you need:


  • You have an openminded personality
  • You are conscientious and have a responsible work ethic
  • You are eager to learn new things and have a good grasp of concepts
  • Previous experience in sales support an advantage
  • You have strong organizational skills and can work independently
