    Description

    Responsibilities

    • To gain client opportunities through relationship building, networking, direct interactions, visits, calling, email, etc.
    • To meet or exceed revenue goals and profitability margins.
    • As project manager if the job requires your site presence for any reason, and when requested by the service manager attendance will be expected.
    • All daily prospecting activities, quoted and sold amounts on company software.
    • Maintains positive customer relationships.Follow ups with both new and existing customers alike, never takes an established account for granted.
    • Meets with management to review progress and identify areas of opportunity.
    • internal sales meetings as needed.

    Requirements

    • Year of construction experience
    • to source, identify, develop, and nurture new opportunities
    • to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience
    • time management and organization skills
    • to assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned
    • to maintain an active driver's license.
