    Digital Marketing Manager -Recruited
    Cambridge, MA/ REMOTE
    12 months
    Working hours: Up to 35/week, but expect an average of 20
    • Any State with East Coast time zone

    Technical Skills:
    • Three years minimum Email marketing minimum in content building of html, using Salesfoce / Marketing Cloud Three years minimum of HTML in Dreamweaver or similar
    • Experience in building email journeys, AirTable (or similar) project management experience.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum of 3 year experience building html emails using content builder such as Dreamweaver or other, and scheduling them through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Experience with task management software such as AirTable, Asana or other
    • Adapt existing email templates and build new ones, embed copy, create layouts, CTAs, and designs based on email best practices
    • Oversee our email calendar, scheduling, list and data management
    • Manage A/B testing parameters to identify strongest performing variables and optimization opportunities.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to build lists, data extensions and improve email performance
    DUTIES:
    • Working under the direction of a manager, plan, create, execute, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing and advertising campaigns, which contribute to the advancement of academic or business objectives.
    • Work with communicators, marketers or program managers to identify marketing goals, audiences and messaging.
    • Research available markets and channels.
    • Recommend or select the best ones for the initiative.
    • Develop digital marketing plans and relevant, compelling creative deliverables, working in conjunction with managers, ad agencies contracted by client, and third party designers or other creatives
      Produce digital marketing copy and content as needed
      Ensure deliverables are consistent with the brand and quality standards of client and or the school, as well as its global reputation for excellence.
    • Projects may include related non digital marketing elements, such as print or radio.
    • Experience and expertise in the effective use of paid and owned social media, podcast sponsorship, digital display, and email (eblasts and newsletters) advertising.
    • Experience and expertise in paid search, search engine optimization and web analytics.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis (trends, key metrics, and results) for digital campaigns to the client.
    • Educate and consult with team members on advertising efforts, digital marketing product capabilities and digital media trends.
    • Will liaise with and represent interests, needs and requirements with publishers, advertising agencies, suppliers and creative resources to ensure successful project execution.
    • Will conduct periodic audits of invoices, budgets, and media plans to optimize media investment.
    Required technical skills:
    • Intermediate or better proficiency in typical Microsoft Office products.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Photoshop as well as web analytics.
    • Additional skills with products like Salesforce CRM may be helpful.
