    SUMMARYThis position requires the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair diesel vehicles as well as construction equipment.

    This individual must have the ability to effectively work and communicate with employees.


    Responsibilities:


    Basic understanding of, and experience with, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in various construction equipmentComputer diagnostic and repair of diesel trucksDiagnostic and repair of agricultural and construction equipmentPerforming vehicle and equipment maintenance to the R&R Solutions standardsPerform minor and major repairs on trucks and equipmentConduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment and service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changesClean and maintain shop area and equipmentMoving vehicles safely between areasCollaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Clean driving record with a valid driver's licenseClass A CDL preferred, but not requiredMust own your own tools, required for the tradePossesses physical strength necessary to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to climb stairs frequentlyAbility to withstand physical requirements of the positionWorks well with a teamCommunicates clearly and effectivelyOperate equipment used in the repair or servicing of vehicles and equipment.

    Works in an outdoor garage facility, unheated and uncooled, approx. 8-10 hours per dayMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkEducation & Experience:High school diploma or GED is requiredASE Certifications preferred, but not requiredPrevious experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment is requiredPrevious experience with auto body and paint work, preferred

    Pay Rate:
    $20.00 to $23.00 per hour range based on experience
