    Job Title: Data Coordinator

    location: Los Angeles, CA

    Duration: 6 Months

    Job Summary:

    The (ESG) Data Coordinator will be responsible for the managing of data collection, analysis, and reporting to support the companies' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage ESG data collection, validation, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.


    • Engage with suppliers to communicate ESG expectations and assess compliance through tools like EcoVadis and Sedex.


    • Prepare reports and documents to communicate the company's ESG progress and performance to stakeholders.


    • Support the integration of ESG data management into corporate systems for better decision-making and forecasting.

    Job Summary: The Manager ESG Data will be responsible for the managing of data collection, analysis, and reporting to support the companies' ESG initiatives.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    None

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Technology or related field.


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or ESG data management.


    • Strong project management skills, process, controls.


    • Experience with data management and analytics tools.


    • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

    Preferred Skills:


    • Experience with EcoVadis and Sedex
