Description

Log Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with our Entertainment client located in Santa Monica CA.

Performing daily functions in the scheduling database to coordinate and maintain the linear schedule for Game Show Network
Generating and distributing weekly program schedule grids, reports, and compiling information from multiple databases
Working with Operations and Traffic departments to make sure episodic and schedule data accurately flows to and from the scheduling database
Generating and maintaining multiple excel-based spreadsheets (including heavy data-entry)
Performing research and maintaining spreadsheets related to competitive programming, potential acquisitions, and standards
Providing administrative and back-up support for other team members when needed and completing special projects as assigned

Adept on all MS Office software, especially Excel
Very comfortable with heavy internet research and data entry.
Genuine desire to be proactive during downtime and to help other team members succeed.

Experience Qualifications:

Required Minimum:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years television industry experience in Program Scheduling or related experience in Traffic, Promo Scheduling, or Media Planning
Experience with scheduling or traffic database Wide Orbit is a plus, but not required.
