    Position Summary/Purpose of Position:


    University Human Resources (UHR) has an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to serve as the inaugural Talent Attraction Partner.

    In partnership with the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, campus unit leaders and UHR leaders, the Talent Attraction Partner is responsible for attracting top talent to the organization and developing candidate pipelines to address existing and anticipated staffing needs.

    The incumbent in this new role will have the opportunity to enhance the organization's employer brand and attract top-tier talent.

    The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of talent acquisition tools and strategies, a passion for attracting and retaining talent, and will be highly collaborative and results oriented

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

    Experience:
    Three (3) years of professional human resources experience in talent acquisition or talent attraction.
    Demonstrated experience utilizing data or metrics to determine existing and anticipated staffing needs.
    Demonstrated experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
    Demonstrated success identifying and implementing effective and creative talent attraction strategies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Knowledge of relevant regulatory, compliance, and employment laws.
    Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
    Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally.
    Ability to present data and information effectively.
    Ability to collaborate and work effectively with leaders and practitioners at all levels.
    Ability to design and implement talent attraction initiatives.
    Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
    Ability to work with data and metrics.
    Ability to forecast staffing needs and develop candidate pipelines.
    Ability to identify and implement effective and creative talent attraction strategies.
    Ability to facilitate problem solving and approach client issues from a solution-oriented stance.
    Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables.
    Ability to assess and prioritize risks and issues and evaluate competing needs.


    Preferences:

    Preferences:
    SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, or other relevant certification.
    Experience in a large, complex and decentralized organization.
    Experience with Workday HCM talent modules.
