    Responsibilities:
    • Establish trust and build strong relationships with clients as their dedicated advisor
    • Engage actively with the local community in Reston as the primary base of operations
    • Embrace new business opportunities with a customer-centric approach to explore fresh avenues
    • Provide guided consultations to address clients' unique needs and aspirations effectively
    • Expertly manage the buying and selling process, from showcasing properties to closing deals seamlessly
    • Assist sellers in preparing their homes to attract potential buyers and excel in stress reduction techniques
    • Stay updated on market trends and offer valuable insights to clients, establishing expertise in real estate knowledge
    Qualifications:
    • Entry-level Real Estate Buyer's Agent position in Reston, VA, US - perfect for newcomers to the industry looking to kickstart their career
