We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, provide guidance on property values and market trends, and negotiate the best deals for their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide clients with market data to support their decisionmaking.
• Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Attend open houses and property showings to promote listings.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
• Ensure all documents are properly signed and recorded.

Requirements:

• A valid real estate license.
• Proven experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of local and national real estate laws.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
