Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent/Showing Assistant to join our team.

Your expertise in the real estate market and strong sales skills will help clients navigate the complex process of real estate transactions.

MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.

Responsibilities:

• Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

Compensation $40,000 - $50,000 - Negotiable and based on experience.
