    Summary of Essential DutiesThe Operations Specialist provides direct administrative and operational support to our firm's best clients.

    This role supports relationship building and ensures the moving pieces and processes are executed with precision, always delivering an exceptional client experience.

    Responsibilities Execute paperwork and transactions with precision. Communicate with clients during the onboarding and transaction journey. Create illustrations and proposals. Support meeting logistics and follow-up, ensuring no details fall through the cracks. Complete operations tasks as requested and train to be competent in all areas over time. Update processes / procedures related to the Operations Specialist position. Complete back-up duties, requests and additional projects as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Securities and insurance licensed, or willing to acquire within first 12 months of employment College degree preferred, or equivalent experience Financial services experience preferred Comfortable working with industry related software (Redtail a plus) Expert computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint Strong math and analytical skills Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Impeccable ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity Effective follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines without prompting Flawless attention to detail and accuracy required Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and under direction Comfort with being a "team player" and doing whatever is needed, big or smallEqual Opportunity Employer.
