    Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach in the Athletics department.


    The candidate would be expected to: serve as lead scouter; serve as director of player development; assist in practice planning, game preparation and game coaching; assist in upkeep of all software and technology used by team staff; serve as liaison to the Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach.

    Required Skills or Software Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence Required Years of Experience 5 Required Degree, Licenses or Certifications Bachelor's degree, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire Other Requirements


    • Five years of related experience, which may include playing, coaching, or support staff at the collegiate level.
    • A valid driver's license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years

    Preferred Qualifications

    Master's degree. Former player. Ability to motivate student-athletes both academically and athletically. Extensive knowledge of Synergy Sport Tech, Hudl Sports Code, and ARMS software. Evidence of ability and desire to work with a diverse student population.
