    Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach in the Athletics department.


    The candidate would be expected to: assist in all aspects of recruiting; assist in scouting; assist in player development; plan, promote and run camps and clinics; serve as video coordinator.

    • Two years of college basketball playing/coaching experience or an equivalent combination.
    • A valid driver's license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years

    Preferred Qualifications

    Knowledge of Synergy Sport Tech system, League film exchange system and ARMS software. Evidence of ability and desire to work with a diverse student population.

    Serve as the primary contact for all recruiting.

    Assist in promoting an atmosphere of compliance, including, but not limited to ensuring all compliance records and functions in ARMS software.

    Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures governing the Department of Athletics and the University and any applicable rules and regulations associated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) or any other conference or organization with which the University is or becomes associated with which affects University Athletics.
