Position Summary:
This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.
Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire
Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence
Required Years of Experience: 3
Other Requirements:
- Three years of basketball coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level
- Basic Lifesaving Skills (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification, or obtain within six (6) months from date of hire
- Computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven recruiter.
- Experience coordinating recruiting efforts.
- Head Coach experience or assistant coach experience at a higher level.
