Description
We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the office management department at Holloman AFB, NM, who will support us in organizing and planning operations, as well as optimizing business processes.
As our new employee, you will also be responsible for the commercial handling of coaching and consulting projects throughout the German-speaking region.
Responsibilities:
- Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, creating personnel files, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, and recording receipts.
- Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Composing letters, emails, notes, and minutes.
- Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters.
- Assisting with event management in organizing travel and seminars.
Salary for Office Management Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time: 45,000 Euros gross annual salary.

The training period typically lasts 2-4 months.
