Werner Gießler GmbH in Elzach is a medium-sized family business with over 50 years of tradition.

Our company is highly successful in the production of high-precision turning and milling parts, as well as in the chemical deburring of metal parts.

We employ 110 employees from different nations and cultures. Our customers include well-known companies from the automotive industry, medical technology, and general mechanical and plant engineering.


To further expand our business in machining, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced colleague who can strengthen our team in the long term.

Your profile:


  • Technical education in mechanical engineering, machining technology or a similar profession
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the field of metal machining (automotive)
  • Technical understanding of machining processes and precision turning and milling parts
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally
  • High customer orientation
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
