- Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
- Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.
- Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process.
- Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.
- Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.
- The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts.
- Requires strong knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other functions.
- Experience in the Defense Industry.
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc) in program development and execution.
- Experience supporting contractual EVMS programs.
- Experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M).
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
- Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
