    Role Summary

    The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the Supplier Relationship Management Platform (Kodiak) and offering support to the sourcing team on various projects such as supplier negotiations, aiding in the RFP/Bidding process, conducting contract and contract amendment reviews, and establishing and monitoring key performance indicators.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Administer the company's Kodiak system for supplier relationship management.
    • Generate reports on KPIs / SLAs, cost / pricing, and compliance metrics.
    • Collaborate with management to define initial strategies for sourcing projects and execute these strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure adherence to sourcing project timelines and act as the main contact person for new multi-vendor and single-vendor procurement projects and contract requests.
    • Plan and manage sourcing activities and supplier selection teams, involving technical, financial, and business staff.
    • Lead teams during the RF(X) process to analyze requirements, prepare source lists, assist in drafting the RF(X), assess responses, organize Q&A sessions, and manage bid communications.
    • Establish parameters and plans for supplier negotiations, participate in negotiations, draft and finalize contracts with relevant parties. Monitor supplier performance and manage contract amendments and addendums.
    • Conduct supplier research, set up ongoing supplier performance assessments, support decision-making for process improvements, provide feedback to suppliers during business reviews, and contribute to internal reviews.
    • Manage vendor performance metrics.

    Essential Requirements

    • Expectation of 5-10% travel.
    • Capable of safely performing all job duties.

    Necessary Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in procurement, sourcing, category management, and/or operations management

    Technical Expertise

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Excel expert with strong skills in organizing and managing financial data.
    • Functional knowledge of finance and supply management systems (e.g., SAP, Concur)

    Working Environment

    This role will primarily be based in an office setting with occasional project-related travel.

    Physical Requirements

    The job involves both sitting and standing. Excellent vision, hearing, speech, and motor skills are necessary to carry out essential job functions.
