The Role

Our client, a bank in Sulfur Springs, TX, is looking for a Chief Lending Officer to oversee the loan portfolio, meet production goals, and enhance customer experience. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $175K plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading sales efforts for commercial, specialty, and consumer lending.
• Providing guidance to lenders and collaborating with credit teams.
• Supervising in-market lending activities and managing loan processing.

Qualifications
