- Realpage product experience necessary
- Conduct in-person or online training on various topics
- Schedule classes appropriately to address operational needs
- Track training using the LMS system and generate reports
- Travel to communities for new hire training and support
- Assist in new community acquisition and disposition
- Support special projects
- Perform other assigned duties
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight
- Knowledge of multi-family property management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective presentation and small group communication skills
- Experience in troubleshooting software systems and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with RealPage products
- 3-5 years of property management experience and training
- Four-year college degree or relevant experience required
