SurriMassini Transport is a leading Non-Emergency Transportation (NEMT) company based in Peabody, MA.

Our mission is to ensure safe and comfortable transportation solutions for our clients, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Route Design and Scheduling:
Design and refinement of current and new driver routes

2.

Operational Support:

Work with the Operations Managers and GM to ensure all aspects of the current business along with expansion opportunities are proceeding as planned.

New Driver Coordination:
Assist in the recruiting, evaluation, training, and support for incoming drivers.

5.

Compliance:
Ensure that we adhere to all policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 6am - 4pm

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a team player supporting operations.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills, detailoriented, and like solving problems while working autonomously.
Exhibit good technology skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook).
Must maintain a safe driving record and driver's license and respond to coverage needs as required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay:
$1, $1,200.00 per week
