The mission is to build the most well-regarded and successful non-emergency transportation company in the Boston Metro Area on the dimensions of client satisfaction, professionalism and compassion.

The growth objective is to double the size of the business within the next 12-18 months, and we won't stop there.

What You Do:

- _
Route Management:_ ensure that all routes are performed safely, professionally and on time

Talent Management:_ recruiting, hiring, evaluation, discipline, payroll and management of all hourly employees

Training:_ onboarding and safety training of new employees and retraining of existing employees

Compliance:_ ensure that we adhere to all contract and state requirements

Job Details:

- Full-time, salaried position

- 6am - 4pm work day at our office in the South Shore
