    The Alexander Company- Real Estate Development Analyst

    You will play a pivotal role in our real estate development projects. If you are a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a background in finance or related fields and enjoy a fun and supportive work environment where collaboration is encouraged. We want to hear from you

    Your primary task will be to conduct detailed financial analyses to determine the viability of proposed projects. You will work together as a team bringing diverse skill sets encompassing financial analysis, market search, due diligence, risk assessment, investment analysis and reporting. We are looking for a self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and identify opportunities independently.

    What it takes to succeed:

    All you need is a background in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or business administration. Having a detail-oriented and analytical character, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines (is a BONUS)

    Work alongside a team of in-house experts including developers, architects, and property management staff, gaining exposure to the entire real estate process from project identification through design, construction, and operations.
