    Description

    Patrick Ta Beauty is in search of a skilled Manager, Ecommerce to support our digital initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of our brand online. This role will play a crucial part in managing our ecommerce platform, optimizing user experience, and implementing strategies to enhance sales. The Manager, Ecommerce will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and drive growth in the digital space. Join our team and be a key player in shaping the future of Patrick Ta Beauty's online presence. This role will report to the VP, Ecommerce.

    ABOUT PATRICK TA BEAUTY

    Patrick Ta Beauty was founded in 2019 by world-renowned celebrity makeup artist, Patrick Ta and one of his first-ever clients and beauty and skincare expert, Rima Minasyan. The pair work together to create, perfect, and launch each product for both the makeup artist and the everyday makeup wearer. Patrick Ta Beauty's goal has always been to make their consumer feel great in their skin and give them versatile products that can create any look.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals and objectives, implementing strategies to improve site performance, conversion rates, and overall customer journey.
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Shopify plus platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitable growth across digital channels, including lifecycle marketing, affiliates, merchandising, paid media, and promotions.
    • Lead the development of a robust ecommerce merchandising calendar aligned with brand and retailer channels.
    • Conduct regular audits and QA checks to optimize the online customer experience and minimize operational issues.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and optimize site performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user engagement and sales.
    • Partner with CX team to gather customer insights and feedback for continuous improvement of online shopping experience.
    • Pull and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to track KPIs.
    • Collaborate with web developer teams to manage projects related to site enhancements, updates, and technical optimizations.
    • Brief ecommerce assets and scheduling in alignment with both the ecommerce and marketing calendars, encompassing homepage content, email campaigns, and other promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with supply chain team to forecast inventory levels and ensure seamless channel availability.
    • Manage sales forecasting processes to align ecommerce activities with business goals.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess inventory through innovative solutions.

    § You're deeply knowledgeable about your craft. You possess a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in ecommerce, having successfully developed and implemented strategies to bring products to market within the beauty industry.

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce management within the beauty or retail industry.

    § Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Netsuite, CMS platforms, SEO strategies, and Google Analytics.

    § Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    § Demonstrated success in driving ecommerce sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

    § Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

    § Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

    § Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    § Passion for the beauty industry and a customer-centric mindset.
