- Oversee the design and implementation of the agency's IT infrastructure to ensure it aligns with the organization's needs and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operational and project tasks within the infrastructure and desktop support team.
- Monitor and uphold the performance, security, and reliability of the agency's infrastructure, implementing necessary updates and fixes as required.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to give updates on the infrastructure and address any concerns or queries.
- Select and procure new and replacement hardware and software for our Regional Psychiatric Hospitals and other sites.
- Evaluate technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- Lead/support cross-functional projects as needed.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Hybrid - Information Technology Manager 1 within the Office of Information Technology, located at the James Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 East Broad Street, 33rd floor, Columbus, Ohio
What You'll Do:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager (Information Technology Manager 1) within the Office of Information Services. As the IT Infrastructure Manager, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities related to all networks, desktop, and telecommunications systems and their associated administration tasks, which include designing, implementing, and managing hardware and software, and offering cost-effective solutions for infrastructure and end-user requirements.
