to join our team You will perform activities in sourcing new talent for our existing client base. Our team is close knit and VERY supportive of each other.

Jr Recruiter Schedule & Pay:
Monday thru Friday
2nd Shift 1pm - 10pm
Starting at $20 - $21 /hr
Contract to Hire Positions
Weekly Pay
Jr. Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee and talent recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Accurately maintain timekeeping systems & attendance trackers.
Jr. Recruiter
Qualifications:
Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or other related fields is a plus
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Bilingual (Eng. /Spa. )
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
