    Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Jr. Recruiter to join our team You will perform activities in sourcing new talent for our existing client base. Our team is close knit and VERY supportive of each other.

    We want to see you succeed This would be a wonderful position for someone who's eager to learn the staffing industry and enjoys being able to control their own success.


    Jr Recruiter Schedule & Pay:
    Monday thru Friday2nd Shift 1pm - 10pmStarting at $20 - $21 /hrContract to Hire PositionsWeekly PayJr


    Recruiter Responsibilities:
    Screen, recruit, and interview potential employeesOn-board and train new employeesImplement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsCoordinate events focused on employee and talent recognitionAccurately maintain employee filesAccurately maintain timekeeping systems & attendance trackers

    Jr Recruiter Qualifications:
    Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or other related fields is a plusKnowledge of labor and employment lawsBilingual (Eng. /Spa. )


    Ability to build rapport with all employeesStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to pass background check and drug screenApply today for immediate consideration.
