- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
- Communicate and Assist C-Suite/D-Level Executives with tasks.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees by setting up with new equipment, keys etc.
- Arrange logistics for internal travel needs including flights, car rental etc.
- Manage and track all incoming shipments, products, and samples.
- Coordinate office events while maintaining budget expenses.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
- High Organization skills in order to complete a wide variety of tasks including tracking budget expenses + incoming and outgoing shipments, booking, shipping out samples for customers.
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize work and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and transport shipment boxes and products.
- Detailed-Oriented especially when working with ongoing projects.
- HR, Office Manager, Office Administrator experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
