Summary:
【実務経験:3年~5年以上】
経営層(エクゼクティブ)をサポートし、事業活動がスムーズ且つ効率的に運営し続ける事が出来るように管理推進します。
主な役割としては、
1. 業績管理プロセス、採用、企業ポリシー、福利厚生、給与管理など、様々な人事プロセスの開発と導入と調整をする。
*スタートアップ時は、会計処理、経理、財務、給与管理は、アウトソーシングの為データの提供による実績管理となるが、業務拡大に伴う雇用拡大時には内部取り込みを実施する。その時は、中心的立場でシステムの開発、導入を担う。
2. 様々な人事情報や文書を収集、整理、選択し業務に活用し必要と判断した場合は保存/保管をする。
3. 法令順守を基本にエンプロイーハンドブックの開発、見直し、改訂を遂行する。
4. 有給休暇、各種保険、401K等の福利厚生の開発と管理及び確認を遂行する。
等々がありますが、管理者として業務を成功に導くには、ニーズを把握し、詳細な計画を立案し、信頼性の高い支援を迅速に経営層(エクゼクティブ)に提供する必要があります。これにより、スムーズで効率的な企業運営を実現する事が出来ます。
また、順応性に富み、積極的、協力的で、細部に気を配る必要があります。
特にスタートアップ時では、エンプロイーハンドブック及び、福利厚生の開発や導入、更には様々な業務システムの開発と導入が最大のミッションとなります。
【Responsibility(責任)】
1. エンプロイーハンドブック(就業規則)の開発、発行、改訂
2. 人事方針や手順を作成、更新、推奨することにより、ガイドラインの維持。
3. 外部サプライヤーとの強固な関係を構築し、信頼関係を醸成し、コラボレーションを確立。
4. オフィス備品購入判断及び管理
5. 給与管理 (スタートアップ時は、アウトソース)システムの開発及び管理
6. 福利厚生(各種保険対応、401K対応等々)の開発及び管理
7. 出張者、SV受入れ業務
8. 場合によっては、SVの受け入れの為国内出張もあり得る。
9. 米国内外出張手配
10. 従業員の雇用/離職/解雇に関する事務手続きとリスク分析/経営層提言
11. 法律事務所との交渉対応(コンプライアンス/ガバナンス)
12. 会計事務所との交渉対応(月次/四半期/年間経費管理)
13. 駐在員のパスポート、VISA, I-94等を管理し、入国管理局との交渉等々
14. 等々の事務的管理業務全般に責任を有する
15. 更に、会社の機密情報、顧客情報、個人情報を扱う事になるため守秘義務を負う。
16. 経理、支払いの手続き。(AP/AR/Payroll)
17. 日本への支払い報告
【Skill & Specification(能力と要件)】
1. 日英バイリンガル(英語:ビジネスレベル、日本語:ネイティブレベル)
2. アメリカでの就労許可をお持ちの方
3. 文書作成及びコミュニケーション能力
4. OA機器対応能力
5. Office管理能力:Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point等の操作分析能力
6. 高校以上の卒業資格/更なる高位学歴(BA)があれば更に良い。
7. 会計/経理の基本的なスキルがあれば良い
8. 交渉力
9. 経営学または関連分野の学位があれば更に良い。
All newly-hired employees will be on probationary status for the first 90 days of employment while the employee and the company determine whether the employee is a good fit for his or her position and for the company. During this first 90 days, the employee or the company may decide at any time that the employee's employment will not continue. At all times, the employee is employed at-will, and successful completion of the 90-day probationary period does not guarantee the employee continued employment for any set period of time.
